Problematic aspects of changes to the Procedure for submitting information on completed economic and trade transactions related to wholesale energy products

On December 10, Resolution No. 2102 was adopted, which amends Resolution No. 618 on reporting.

These changes provide for changes and additional information that must be submitted by December 28.

Also, these changes effectively eliminate the entire preparatory process and require RE-processing of all information on economic and trade transactions, starting from July 2, 2023.

Considering that this cannot be done in less than a week, there is an urgent need to change the reporting start dates or start reporting initially in a test mode (without penalties for reporting entities).

• Ways to solve reporting problems (postponement of launch/launch in test mode/launch in full mode with postponement of fines for errors or incorrectly submitted information).
