“We do not support the ‘lustration’ approach. We propose a thorough audit of current NEURC members: checking declarations and lifestyle monitoring. If violations are found—dismiss them. If they worked honestly—why lustration? Firing everyone en masse is inappropriate.”
Strict Voting Rules
“We want NEURC members to bear personal responsibility. We propose prohibiting commission members from abstaining. Let them vote ‘For’ or ‘Against.’ If they vote ‘Against,’ they must provide a written justification.”
