Energy Club invites executives and representatives of energy companies to take part in a meeting dedicated to discussing information security issues in the energy sector under martial law. Martial law significantly increases the risks of cyberattacks and manipulations, which makes information security one of the key components of the stability of the energy system. The enemy actively uses information campaigns to destabilize the energy system, spread panic and undermine trust in state institutions. This meeting is a unique opportunity to combine the efforts of experts, business and the state to counter information threats in the energy sector.

The purpose of the meeting:

  • To analyze the risks of spreading false information in the energy sector and its impact on the safety of energy facilities.
  • To discuss the role of the expert community in the formation of an objective picture of the state of the Ukrainian energy sector.
  • To determine the basic principles and practices of information security in the energy sector.
  • Develop recommendations for improving information hygiene and countering information attacks.
