NEURC Reform: Direct Dialogue with Bill Authors. Energy Club Invites You to Join the Discussion

Energy Club kicks off 2026 with a series of vital public discussions dedicated to the reform of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC). Market stability, the predictability of tariff decisions, and the trust of international partners directly depend on the Regulator’s operational model.

Currently, two legislative initiatives have been registered in the Verkhovna Rada, proposing different approaches to the NEURC relaunch. To delve into their essence, we are bringing together the authors of these bills and business representatives on a single platform.
