Working Meeting: Legal Protection of Energy Suppliers in Disputes Regarding Resolution No. 1178

Energy Club is initiating a working meeting to discuss a strategy for protecting energy suppliers in legal disputes with the prosecutor’s office. The main focus will be the preparation of a lawsuit to the administrative court challenging the ambiguous provisions of CMU Resolution No. 1178.

Key Issues:

• Analysis of the draft lawsuit to recognize certain norms of Resolution No. 1178 as unlawful.
• Coordination of community actions to protect against retrospective lawsuits from the prosecutor’s office.
• Development of a unified legal position regarding energy price adjustments in public procurement.

The goal of this meeting is to develop a common algorithm of actions to protect businesses from losses caused by legal uncertainty.
