First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) has become a member of Energy Club — Ukraine’s largest business community in the energy sector, uniting more than 100 companies and serving as a platform for professional dialogue among business, government, investors, and expert circles.
Joining Energy Club is a logical continuation of FUIB’s work supporting Ukrainian business and developing partnerships in sectors strategically important to the economy. Today, energy is one of the key industries on which the resilience of Ukraine’s economy, the continuity of business operations, and the country’s recovery all depend. At the same time, the sector requires significant investment in modernization, distributed generation, energy efficiency, and new technologies.
As part of its Energy Club membership, FUIB plans to actively participate in professional discussions on the development of the energy market, support the exchange of expertise among ecosystem participants, and deepen cooperation with companies in the industry.
“Today, energy is one of the drivers of Ukraine’s economic resilience, and at the same time one of the sectors requiring the greatest concentration of financial resources, expertise, and partnerships. For FUIB, joining Energy Club is an opportunity to be part of a professional community shaping the future of Ukraine’s energy sector, to support open dialogue with market participants, and to better understand business needs in order to create effective financial solutions,” said Serhii Mahdych, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Corporate Business at FUIB.
“We are pleased to welcome FUIB to the Energy Club business community. The participation of one of Ukraine’s leading banks is an important strengthening of Energy Club, since the development of the energy sector today is impossible without access to financing, quality banking expertise, and readiness to support investment projects. I am confident that FUIB’s experience working with corporate business will be valuable to Club members and will help foster new partnerships and practical financial solutions for the energy sector,” said Andrii Kostrytsia, President of Energy Club.
