Voltage Group, a member of the Energy Club, continues to actively support young specialists and cooperate with educational institutions. Recently, the company hosted students of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University, who are studying in specialty 141 “Electrical Power Engineering”.
During the excursion, the students got acquainted with the peculiarities of the functioning of solar and wind power plants, energy storage systems and the importance of industrial automation. Such meetings allow future specialists to see how theoretical knowledge is implemented in real projects that change the world.
It is worth noting that on November 6, 2024, Voltage Group CEO Vitaliy Nikolayenko spoke at the forum “Human Resources Strategy in Energy: From Education to Market Realities,” organized by Energy Club. The event discussed current issues of human resources management in the energy sector of Ukraine in the face of new challenges.
