The company VOLTAGE Group, a member of Energy Club, actively promotes the development of renewable energy in Ukraine and supports the younger generation of industry professionals. Recently, company representatives took part in the SOLARWIND 2025 forum, where they discussed key issues of Ukraine’s energy independence.
Managing Partner of VOLTAGE Group, Vitalii Nikolaienko, joined discussions with students, business representatives, and government officials. The forum participants together sought real solutions for the future of renewable energy.
VOLTAGE Group is taking concrete steps to prepare a new generation of leaders in the energy sector. The company signed a cooperation agreement with Vinnytsia Technical Vocational College. This partnership is an investment in the quality training of specialists who will be able to transform Ukraine’s energy industry.
One of the college’s students, Mykhailo Chervov, has already become part of the VOLTAGE Group team. He is working on real projects, demonstrating a high level of training and dedication to the cause.
“We are transforming the energy system and taking care of a new generation of specialists in the energy sector,” said Vitalii Nikolaienko, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with educational institutions.
