Energy 365 is looking for a Customer Support Manager!

📌Ambition and ideology are exactly the qualities we are looking for.
📌Ability to communicate professionally with existing partners by phone;
📌Higher education (economic or technical) is desirable;
📌Knowledge of the electricity market or the ability to learn it in the shortest possible time will be an advantage;
📌Confident PC user: MS Office, Excel, 1C (main work programs);
📌Datahub skills;

Main responsibilities:

📌Working with the company’s clients – legal entities throughout Ukraine (directly and via communication);
📌Formation of advance and debit accounts, acts of sale of electricity, reconciliation acts and sending them to clients;
📌Collection of information from regional energy companies on actual volumes, reconciliation of volumes provided by clients and regional energy companies, formation of acts of distribution of electricity volumes by groups;
📌Entering data into 1C: creating new and closing contracts with consumers, concluding additional agreements, controlling the entered volumes of electricity; Working with an “active consumer” and ensuring processes for importing electricity;
📌Preparation and sending of ten-day reports to the DSO and NEC Ukrenergo;
📌Control of payments of planned and actual payments (status of receivables);
📌Working with the central information and communication platform DataHub (Datahub);
📌Control of electricity consumption volumes.
