On December 17, 2025, a joint meeting of the Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services and the Committee on Economic Development will take place. Previously, the Energy Club sent official letters to the heads of these committees—Andriy Gerus and Dmytro Natalukha. We called for special hearings to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of Item 2, Part 5, Article 41 of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”.
Business cannot remain in a state of legal uncertainty. Therefore, the Energy Club insisted on urgent parliamentary intervention to coordinate a national position and avoid risks regarding European integration. The parliamentarians have supported our initiative.
