We are pleased to welcome Maksym Nemchynov to the Energy Club team, who has joined the largest business community of energy companies in Ukraine as Vice President.
Maksym Nemchynov has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He has worked in various positions at the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, including State Secretary, Deputy Minister, and Advisor to the Minister.
As Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Maksym Nemchynov was responsible for the oil and gas sector and the reform of the coal industry. He also served on the Supervisory Board of NPC “Ukrenergo”.
Maksym Nemchynov is a graduate of the Donbas Mining and Metallurgical Institute, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, and Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration.

As Vice President of Energy Club, Maksym Nemchynov will be responsible for the development of the business community.
