"Energy of Women's Leadership": Diplomas Awarded to "Communications and Interaction in Energy" Graduates and Enrollment for Course 2.0 Announced at Energy Club Forum

Yesterday, the large-scale forum “THE ENERGY OF WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP: Women Holding Ukraine’s Energy Frontline” took place. The event united industry leaders to discuss the role of women in ensuring the state’s energy resilience, wartime challenges, and professional development.

As part of the official section of the event, a ceremonial diploma presentation was held for participants of the Energy Club pilot course “Communications and Interaction in Energy.” Energy Club Vice Presidents Valerii Bezus and Ivan Hryhoruk congratulated the colleagues who successfully completed the training and presented certificates to the graduates who received their distinctions during this event.

Diplomas confirming qualifications in the spheres of PR, GR, and marketing were awarded to:

• Valeria Mytrofanova, Head of Department, Vok-Biztrade;
• Kateryna Litvinko, Commercial Director, Phoenix Contact LLC;
• Oksana Makukh, Communications Director for the “Eko-Optima” Group of Companies;
• Mariia Prokhorchuk, Deputy Director for Electricity Market Issues, Eco-Optima Group of Companies LLC.

They have joined the cohort of specialists who have already mastered an integrated approach to communications based on the Energy Club platform. The success of the pilot graduation and high demand for specialized education inspired us to further develop this direction.

During the forum, recruitment was officially announced for the second stream of the course “Communications and Interaction in Energy: Strategies for PR, Marketing, GR and Lobbying in Ukraine” (2.0).

Training is scheduled to start at the end of January 2026. The course program is being improved. The updated structure takes into account the most urgent challenges of 2025: deepening European integration, decentralization of generation, and communication specifics under security risks.

Key Features of Course 2.0:

• Comprehensiveness: 4 modules covering the energy landscape, strategic PR/marketing, GR/lobbying tools, and integrated communications.

• Practicality: A focus on real cases, crisis response, and the implementation of ESG standards.

• Format: 12 weeks of online training (Zoom, Softboks platform) with a convenient schedule.

• Special Conditions: Participation is free for representatives of Energy Club member companies.
