Energy Club and Mayekawa: working visit to Japan and agreements on support for Ukraine

Within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between Energy Club and the Japanese company Mayekawa, the club’s vice president Maksym Nemchynov paid a working visit to Japan.

During the visit, productive meetings were held with the Mayekawa management, representatives of the Japanese business community and government officials. As a result of the negotiations, important agreements were reached on strengthening Japan’s support for Ukraine, in particular in the energy sector.

Key results of the visit:

• • Prospects for cooperation in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency were discussed.
  • Agreed to organize a visit of a delegation of Japanese colleagues to Ukraine in early November.
  • Energy Club will act as the organizer of the meeting of the Japanese delegation with representatives of the Ukrainian government and business.

It is expected that the visit of Japanese colleagues will contribute to the deepening of cooperation between Ukraine and Japan in the field of energy and will open up new opportunities for attracting investments and technologies.
