Energy Club invites its member companies to an online presentation by Elvian Technologies s.r.o., a Czech technology and engineering company and Nokia Certified Partner for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, specializing in solutions for critical infrastructure, private networks, mission-critical communications and smart grid.

During the meeting, Elvian Technologies will present its approach to building modern digital energy infrastructure, including solutions for private LTE/5G networks, backup communication channels, smart grid architecture, monitoring, dispatch control, grid automation and improving the resilience of critical infrastructure.

For Ukraine, this topic is particularly relevant in the context of wartime risks, damage to energy infrastructure, the need for decentralization, the development of microgrids, the integration of distributed generation and the transition to a more controllable, secure and digital energy system.

Special attention will be paid to how private communication networks, communication redundancy, automation and digital control systems can help energy infrastructure operators maintain control of the grid even in crisis situations.

Key topics of the meeting:

  • Why critical energy infrastructure needs its own secure communication networks.
  • Private LTE/5G networks and backup microwave links as tools for energy system resilience.
  • Smart grid architecture for transmission and distribution system operators, communities, industrial consumers and critical facilities.
  • Automation, monitoring, dispatch control and reducing response time during incidents.
  • Integration of microgrids, distributed generation, renewables and flexible energy resources.
  • Cybersecurity, physical resilience and critical infrastructure management in high-risk conditions.
  • Elvian Technologies’ experience in critical infrastructure projects in Europe.
  • Opportunities for cooperation with Ukrainian energy companies, grid operators, communities and industrial consumers.

Target audience:

The meeting will be useful for transmission and distribution system operators, energy companies, industrial consumers, distributed generation developers, renewable energy companies, infrastructure companies, municipalities, EPC companies, technology integrators and professionals working on modernization, digitalization and resilience of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
