Oschadbank is a leading Ukrainian universal commercial bank, 100% of whose shares are owned by the state. Oschadbank has the largest regional network, which has about 1,200 branches, and provides services to more than 6.2 million clients.
In the corporate business segment, Oschad’s portfolio includes clients from both the state and commercial sectors. In the state segment, these are mainly enterprises in the electric power and oil and gas sectors. History
For almost 20 years, Oschadbank has been performing the functions of an authorized bank for servicing current accounts with a special regime of use for participants in the wholesale electricity market of Ukraine, for 17 years it has been performing the functions of an authorized bank for servicing gas supply enterprises and heat and power enterprises, and comprehensively servicing enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.

Oschad serves about 70% of PUPs (universal service providers), 82% of other electricity suppliers, 30% of heat suppliers under a tripartite agreement with Naftogaz Trading, and has opened over 87% of escrow accounts of RDN/VDR participants.
