Codex Energy is a new-format energy developer, part of Ribas Hotels Group. The company creates turnkey energy assets: from project preparation and construction to launch, management and reporting for investors. The first asset is the Bolgrad Energy Park in the Odessa region, which combines a solar power plant and an energy storage facility.

History

“Codex Energy emerged as a response to the new reality of the Ukrainian energy market. After the large-scale destruction of the energy infrastructure, the country needs new sources of generation, flexible solutions for electricity storage and private capital that can participate in the reconstruction of strategic infrastructure.

The company was created as an energy developer of a new format and is part of the Ribas Hotels Group ecosystem. The idea of ​​Codex Energy is to open up access to real energy assets for private investors that are not just built, but professionally managed after launch.

The company’s first asset was the Bolgrad Energy Park in the Odessa region – a hybrid energy complex that combines a solar power plant and an energy storage facility. This format allows you to work with two directions at once: electricity generation and energy storage for more flexible work in the market.

Codex Energy takes on the full cycle of asset creation: from site analysis, technical preparation, financial modeling and structuring of investor participation – to construction, launch, operational management and regular reporting.

Today Bolgrad Energy Park is already in the active implementation phase: preparatory work has started on the site, part of the key equipment has been contracted and paid for, and the launch of generation is scheduled for Q4 2026. The first payments to investors are expected from Q1 2027.
