– We serve suppliers, traders, electricity producers, storage facility operators, aggregators, as well as enterprises operating in the natural gas market. Our clients also include large systemic enterprises—consumers of electricity—whom we assist with all legal issues related to energy law.

Over our 4 years of operation, we have secured a substantial position in the energy market as legal advisors. Our client portfolio includes over 100 energy companies that have turned to us, with more than 40 clients working with us on a permanent basis. Most members of the Energy Club are our clients, which is both very important and gratifying for us. The constantly growing number of clients indicates that we are moving in the right direction.
– What achievements are you particularly proud of?
– FEDOTOV & PARTNERS was recognized among the market leaders in the “Energy and Natural Resources” practice according to professional research by “Yurydychna Gazeta” (Legal Gazette). Furthermore, in just the last 3 months, we have won court cases for our clients totaling over $1 million USD. – What problems or challenges facing your company or the industry in general do you hope to solve or mitigate through participation in the Club?
– Unfortunately, one of the loudest problems facing electricity suppliers today involves court cases filed by the Prosecutor’s Office to invalidate supplementary agreements regarding price increases per unit of goods. We are ready to make every effort to assist in resolving this problem.
– How does FEDOTOV & PARTNERS plan to contribute to the Club’s activities?
– We are ready to participate in events and working group activities, and we will also provide interesting legal content for publication on the Energy Club website.
– How do you see your role in building a strong and resilient energy system in Ukraine, particularly through the prism of cooperation within the Club?
