- Discussion of local opportunities and resources of communities in the context of ensuring energy resilience.
- Identification and formulation of recommendations for local governments regarding the analysis of the local energy resource base and opportunities for the development of local energy.
- Creating a space for dialogue where local governments can discuss their expectations, challenges and the necessary support.
