Key tasks:
- meeting clients when they contact the bank in accordance with corporate standards;
- clarifying from clients the purpose of visiting the bank;
- queue management, distribution of clients by service areas (ATM, IPT, cashier, manager, etc.);
- observing customer service quality standards;
- informing each client about the possibility and advantages of performing transactions not at the bank cashier, but without a queue through IPT or ATM;
- selling banking products/services.
For this position, you need:
- Higher/incomplete higher education.
