Energy Club has received a letter from “Euro Trade Energy” with important information regarding case No. 920/19/24. The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court has scheduled it for consideration under a simplified procedure on May 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
Given the significant public interest in this case and the need to ensure consistency in law enforcement practices, “Euro Trade Energy” has requested Energy Club to facilitate the dissemination of information about the court hearing date among market participants, public, and business organizations.
