The CEO of EMA LLC noted that today the energy market faces a number of issues that require in-depth discussion on platforms such as the Energy Club. Among the topical issues, Valerii Mykolayovych highlighted:

• the problem of incorrect data loading by the Distribution System Operator into the MMS system and its impact on electricity metering;
• the imposition of additional financial obligations on the electricity supplier and the lack of proper response from NPC Ukrenergo to requests for recalculations and refunds;
• shortcomings in the administration of the active consumer in the DataHub system: the lack of a unified approach by commercial metering operators, especially in the case of performing the functions of a distribution system operator, to the loading of data on consumption and generation;
• discrepancies in DataHub data with the agreed actual (reporting) volumes of electricity purchased from the DSO.

Regarding the need for training:

• case studies on creating business models for SES, WPP, and charging infrastructure;
