Energy Dialogue: Winter 2024/2025 Results, Recovery Challenges, and Development and Preparation Perspectives

The purpose of this meeting is to summarize the challenging winter period, discuss current energy sector issues, identify key questions for resolution, and outline development prospects for the future.

During the meeting, we plan to:

• Analyze the key challenges and problems faced by the energy sector during the winter.
• Discuss the effectiveness of implemented measures and identify ways to improve energy system resilience.
• Examine the development prospects of the energy sector under martial law and post-war recovery conditions.
• Identify urgent issues that require immediate resolution and formulate recommendations.
