About the Company

DNIPROENERGOSBUT LLC is a supplier of electricity and natural gas. It is an active participant in the energy market with many years of experience and numerous positive reviews and recommendations from end consumers and counterparties. The most valuable aspect for the Company over the years of its operation is communication with the end consumer and the experience of joint, well-coordinated cooperation. The Company’s end consumers include both the public sector and private enterprises operating within Ukraine.

The majority of the Company’s management has relevant education in the field of “Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics,” qualifications, and work experience necessary for conducting licensed activities.

The Company values its team, where the execution of joint, highly complex, and urgent tasks creates a sense of unity, develops a spirit of trust in management, and mutual understanding.

The Company systematically organizes a process of continuous professional training for employees to prepare them for new production functions, professional and qualification advancement, the formation of a reserve of heads of structural divisions, and the improvement of personnel structure.

Qualified employees of the Company, including but not limited to those involved in the process of purchasing electricity in various market segments, legal support, the calculation and control of timely payments by consumers, control of timely payment of taxes and fees, work on platforms, and other auxiliary departments, constitute a single unified mechanism.

Employees of DNIPROENERGOSBUT LLC have repeatedly been invited to webinars of PJSC “Market Operator,” LLC “Ukrainian Energy Exchange,” regarding:

• the functioning of the bilateral agreements market;
• the rules of trading for the purchase/sale of guarantees of origin of electricity generated from renewable energy sources;
• the specifics of the retail electricity market and the procedure for price formation for the end consumer;
• the launch of cross-border electricity trade within the import/export section.

Representatives of the Company also actively participate in discussions on regulatory policy in the energy sector, provide their proposals and vision regarding draft regulatory legal acts of the NEURC, and the practical application of regulations related to the supply of electricity and natural gas.

History

DNIPROENERGOSBUT LLC has been operating since 2022 and has a counterparty base of approximately 1,000 (one thousand) consumers.

Since its establishment, the Company has proven itself as a responsible counterparty and supplier of electricity to the end consumer. Every day, the Company is rapidly gaining momentum and developing, thereby increasing its customer base. The Company purchases imported electricity under concluded contracts with importing countries.
