Iryna Dmytrotsa’s professional background encompasses corporate governance, regulatory policy, strategic and financial planning, and the transformation of business processes in accordance with NEURC (National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission) requirements. Her practical experience in interacting with government bodies, regulators, and other market participants is of particular importance.

• Member of the Supervisory Board at JSC “Cherkasyoblenergo”;
• Head of the Operational and Regulatory Policy Department at JSC “Ukrainian Distribution Networks”;
• Commercial Director and Deputy Director at PrJSC “Volynoblenergo”.
