Energy Club presents full video recording of the forum on corporate governance in energy

Energy Club has summarized the results of a three-month special project dedicated to developing a modern corporate governance model in the Ukrainian energy sector and presents the full video version of the final forum “Corporate Governance in Energy: From Formal Rules to Real Responsibility.”

The event brought together representatives of the Club’s member companies, public authorities, the Verkhovna Rada, leading energy businesses, and the legal and expert communities. Participants summarized the key conclusions of the three-month project, compared different governance approaches, and outlined practical recommendations for the industry.
