The speaker lineup for the Europe-Ukraine Energy Trading Forum 2026 continues to expand with top-tier experts. Joining the panel discussions in Budapest on June 9th is Andrii Nemirovskyi, Co-founder of Negen and former Member of the Management Board of NPC Ukrenergo.
Andrii Nemirovskyi’s participation will significantly bolster the forum’s expertise in market operations and cross-border trade. During his tenure on the Management Board of the Transmission System Operator (TSO), he coordinated critical sectors: operational management of Ukraine’s power system, market and cross-border operations. He also led Ukrenergo’s IT department, including cybersecurity, international cooperation, and direct engagement with the European network ENTSO-E.
Furthermore, he headed “Ukrenergo Digital Solutions,” where he was responsible for the development and implementation of industry-specific software systems. Today, as the Co-founder of Negen, he combines this unique management and digitalization background with a practical private-sector perspective.
At the forum in Budapest, we plan to delve into the practical aspects of Market Coupling, prospects for expanding interconnection capacity, and the new “rules of the game” for traders. Andrii’s experience will provide participants with a better understanding of the technical and commercial opportunities within the unified European spot market, as well as a realistic assessment of risks for investors.
As a reminder, the Europe-Ukraine Energy Trading Forum 2026 will take place on June 9th, serving as a premier platform for discussing new trading frontiers, attracting investment, and integrating Ukraine’s energy sector into the EU.
We invite you to register for the event and engage in direct dialogue with energy market leaders.
