Responsibilities:
- Legal support of the activities of the enterprise entities at all stages (economic, administrative), conducting claim and lawsuit work, executing court decisions
- Work in the field of corporate, tax, labor law
- Legal support of interaction with banks and leasing companies (conclusion and use of contracts)
- Protection and representation of the company’s interests in regulatory and law enforcement agencies of all levels and instances (participation in inspections, preparation of responses to requests)
- Drawing up various legal documents, contracts, agreements, applications, complaints, lawsuits, petitions, protocols, etc.
- Legal support of foreign economic activity (including in the field of customs law)
- Verification of the reliability of counterparties.
Working conditions:

- work schedule: five-day working week from 9.00 to 18.00;
