What We Expect from You:
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Motivation to work and grow in the company long-term.
- Strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for high achievements.
- Analytical thinking.
- Experience with CRM systems or the ability to learn quickly.
- B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with warm and cold leads (via phone calls).
- Launching and managing large-scale projects with high-value transactions.
- Developing relationships with existing clients, conducting negotiations.
- Expanding business connections with new regional energy companies, their contractors, and key industry players (NPC Ukrenergo, various TPPs, etc.).
- Monitoring accounts receivable and payable from customers.
You will report directly to our Commercial Director, an active sales professional and industry expert. He will train and support you, ensuring a smooth learning process.
