We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Active search and acquisition of new clients in the fields of energy, construction, and industrial facilities;
- Preparation of commercial proposals and project cost estimation in cooperation with technical specialists;
- Conducting negotiations, presentations, and meetings with customers;
- Customer support at all stages: from initial contact to contract signing and project handover for implementation;
- CRM management, monitoring of agreements, and deadlines;
- Market and competitor analysis, seeking new opportunities for sales growth;
- Meeting sales targets and financial indicators.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Manager (B2B experience is an advantage);
- Proactive attitude, result-oriented, and focused on development;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
- Ability to work with commercial proposals, contracts, and CRM systems;
- Basic understanding of technical or engineering products (is an advantage);
- Readiness to learn and quickly dive into the specifics of the energy market;
- Responsibility, self-organization, and high level of communication skills.
