Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with controlling and regulatory bodies of electrical networks.
- Control over the efficient and round-the-clock operation of the power plant.
- Identification and resolution of technical problems arising during the operation of power plants.
- Cooperation with various contracting companies, suppliers, and other parties to ensure the necessary resources and services.
- Control of round-the-clock online monitoring of the solar power plant and reporting on their performance.
- Development and implementation of proactive strategies to reduce possible failures and increase equipment uptime.
- Organization and control of equipment technical condition inspections.
- Organization and control of work on forecasting the generation of energy facilities.
- Organization and control of the implementation of the entire set of scheduled works.
- Control of the composition of spare materials.
- Organization and control of timely preventive maintenance.
- Development and implementation of programs for commissioning, testing, and operation of energy facilities.
- Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, fire safety, instructions, briefings, and staff training.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in a relevant field (engineering, energy, etc.).
- Experience in the energy sector from 5 years.
- Management experience from 2 years.
- Knowledge of the technology of solar power plant operation, safety and technical safety regulations.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and make effective decisions.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate the work of employees.
- Good understanding of the principles of solar power plant operation and related technologies.
- High responsibility, organization, and ability to work in stressful conditions.
Working Conditions:
- Official employment in the company.
- Decent salary (determined based on the results of the interview).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00).
