Job Description
Requirements:
- Higher professional education.
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position (in the energy sector will be an advantage).
- Experience in conducting negotiations with contractors, drafting and agreeing on technical specifications, and controlling the execution of work.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and norms, and the sequence of construction works.
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00) in a modern office in the center of Kyiv (Klovska metro station).

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all stages of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid power plants, energy storage systems).
- Development and control of project roadmap execution.
- Organization and control of construction works, adherence to deadlines and budget.
- Risk management and crisis management.
- Cooperation with state authorities, contractors, technical consultants.
- Negotiation and support of legal aspects of the project (permits, licenses, agreements).
- Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality control of equipment and works.
- Interaction with certification and regulatory authorities.
- Analysis of renewable energy market trends.
- Implementation of modern technological solutions to enhance project efficiency.
