We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of general construction and finishing works in the construction of multi-story buildings in accordance with project documentation, norms, rules, technical specifications, and other regulatory documents;
- Creation of work schedules, quality control, and adherence to deadlines according to the schedule;
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and labor protection;
- Control over the availability of necessary materials and tools, and their technical condition;
- Monitoring compliance with technological processes and the quality of work performed;
- Organization and supervision of subcontractors’ work;
- Calculation and handover of work volumes;
- Maintenance of necessary documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Civil Engineering (Industrial and Civil Engineering);
- Experience in the construction of multi-story residential buildings, experience in personnel management;
- Ability to read blueprints and design-estimate documentation;
- Ability to use a level and theodolite;
- Knowledge of labor protection and safety standards;
- Stress resistance, proactivity, responsibility;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to make quick decisions directly on-site;
- Possession of a car is desirable.
