We are looking for an ambitious Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial direction of EDS-Ukraine and ensure its sustainable growth and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic market development: analysis and identification of promising target segments.
- Global sales management and development of pricing policies.
- Participation in major tenders and concluding long-term contracts with key clients.
- Formation and implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy and brand reputation management.
- Ensuring synergy between commercial functions and implementing integrated planning and analytics systems.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in senior commercial leadership roles (international experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of market analysis, sales, and marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Ambitious mindset focused on the company’s global success.
