Accountant (VAT)

VOLTEN GROUP is an energy company that has been engaged in wholesale and retail trade in energy equipment and has been implementing large-scale turnkey projects since 2010! We closely cooperate with many Ukrainian and European manufacturers.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team.

Over the years, we have built a stable working structure of the financial department and clearly distributed responsibilities. Currently, the specialist will be engaged in the following tasks:

📌 Accurate, timely and correctly reflected business transactions based on correctly executed primary documents received from counterparties.

📌Timely and accurately submitted reports.

📌Timely, correctly and fully registered tax invoices, adjustment calculations, reflected in the accounting of incoming tax invoices and adjustment calculations from suppliers.

📌Timely payment of taxes and fees, timely submission of tax reports.

📌Timely and accurately made payments.

📌Timely, accurately and without errors submitted accounting documentation for tenders.

📌Providing complete and reliable reporting within the established deadlines.

📌Working with primary documents (income/expense invoices, certificates of work performed, orders).

📌Maintaining warehouse accounting, moving goods, reconciliations with suppliers.

Our ideal employee:

☑️ Has experience in maintaining accounting and tax accounting of various legal entities: PE, LLC, FOP;

☑️ Can work in 1C, Excel;

What conditions do we offer:

• Salary 25,000 UAH, 2 times a month and always comes on time, with the prospect of growth, depending on the results of work and growth up to 30,000 UAH.;
