Five companies of Zinovy ​​Kozytskyi received awards for conscientious tax payment

Five companies belonging to Zinovy ​​Kozytskyi’s groups of companies “Zakhidnadraservice” and “Eco-Optima” became the winners of the regional round of the All-Ukrainian rating “Conscientious Taxpayers 2023”. LVIV.MEDIA reported this to the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine in Lviv region, which is the organizer of the rating.

In particular, among large taxpayers, the winners were Nordik Private Enterprise, Geo-Nadra-Invest LLC, Horizon Drilling Company LLC and Project-Bud LLC, and in the category of medium and small taxpayers – Sambir Solar Station LLC. In addition to Zinovy ​​Kozytskyi’s companies, the winners of the regional round were Lvivkholod TVC LLC, Kredobank JSC and Snezha-Ukraine LLC (large taxpayers), as well as Lviv Lighthouse TVD, Pchany-Denkovichy farm and Absolute West Service LLC (small and medium taxpayers).

As LVIV.MEDIA director Stepan Kozytskyi of Horizon Drilling Company LLC told LVIV.MEDIA, the companies became winners of the rating due to clear tax discipline, high and official salaries and significant contributions to charity. Since the beginning of the company’s full-scale invasion Kozytskyi paid over 8 billion hryvnias to budgets of all levels and created 560 new jobs. The company donated over 200 million hryvnias to charitable projects, of which over 144 million hryvnias directly to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Stepan Kozytskyi also reported that two energy companies — Nordic Private Limited Company and Sambir Solar Station LLC — have become winners of the rating for 11 consecutive years.

“Winning the rating of conscientious taxpayers is important for us, because it is a recognition that we conduct business honestly and direct significant efforts to support the state and charitable activities,” said Stepan Kozytskyi.

About the rating of conscientious taxpayers

The annual rating “Conscientious Taxpayers” has been organized since 2011 by the Taxpayers Association, which unites over 3 thousand enterprises from all regions of Ukraine. Companies that meet the following conditions are allowed to participate in the rating:

• no tax debt;
• no wage arrears;
• no tax law violations proven in court or recognized by the company
• .

The winners of the rating are determined by a number of criteria:

• timely submission of tax reports and tax payments;
• average monthly salary for the company;
• no violations of tax, currency and other legislation identified during inspections;
• dynamics of job preservation since the beginning of the full-scale invasion;
• membership in the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine;
• providing charitable assistance to IDPs and for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
• the presence of incentive awards from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for providing assistance during the war.

According to Lilia Dolinska, the head of the board of the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine in the Lviv region, the goal of the rating is to popularize the principle of honest business.

“The entire civil society and the state are grateful for the conscientious payment of taxes in difficult times for the country, those who not only fill the treasury, but also preserve jobs and timely, in full pay salaries to employees… Even in wartime, business realizes that it must work where possible, pay taxes and provide the country with resources to continue its defense,” said Lilia Dolinska.

The winners of the regional round will take part in the all-Ukrainian rating “Conscientious Taxpayers 2023”. The winners of the national stage of the competition will be awarded in October this year.
