Energy Club has received an urgent appeal from the French non-profit association AEPU (Agir Ensemble Pour l’Ukraine – “Acting Together for Ukraine”) with an offer of significant donor assistance to enhance the resilience of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
The association is prepared to transfer three high-capacity generators to Ukraine, with a total output of over 7.5 (3*2,5) MW, free of charge.
Equipment Details:
The French partners aim for these generators to be installed in three different locations to maximize their impact and mitigate risks. Priority will be given to state or municipal energy companies in regions most affected by military actions, including Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa oblasts.
The primary goal is to provide backup power for critical infrastructure (water utilities, hospitals, transformer substations) and to support the implementation of a decentralized energy supply strategy in Ukraine.
A decision on the recipients must be made within one week, as the generators need to be dismantled from their current location by mid-September.
Energy Club is reaching out to representatives of electricity generation and distribution companies, as well as military-civilian administrations and community leaders in the specified regions.
If your organization has an urgent and justified need for such equipment, please immediately send the relevant information and contact details of a responsible person to the following email: info@iclub.energy.
Energy Club will consolidate all requests and forward them to the French partners for a final decision. Your prompt response is crucial to the success of this project.
