Dear Energy Club Members,
We would like to inform you about an important development in case No. 920/19/24, which we have all been closely monitoring. The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on the review of the 10% price change limit in procurement contracts to September 17, 2025.
For us, this is good news. This decision gives us additional time and a unique opportunity to prepare thoroughly, consolidate the business position, and strengthen our arguments.
To this end, the Energy Club is initiating an urgent, closed working meeting, to which we invite representatives of the Club’s member companies and People’s Deputies of Ukraine to develop a joint action plan.
