The course has ended, but the impressions remain. And not just impressions, but also knowledge, tools, case studies, techniques, and methodologies for professional and personal growth. This was a truly unique and excellent course—“Communications and Interaction in Energy: Strategies for PR, Marketing, GR and Lobbying in Ukraine.” The speakers were leading expert practitioners from energy companies, and the lectures were informative and concise, with interactive discussions after each topic.

The certificate award ceremony for the participants is coming soon. In the meantime, we are gathering feedback on the learning experience.

– Honestly, I was happy to share the presentations from some of the lectures with my colleagues even during the course. And I can confidently say that I would recommend this program not only to marketers, PR, or communications specialists but to all professionals in the energy industry. The knowledge provided here has a very broad practical application.

I want to sincerely thank Energy Club for providing such a wonderful opportunity to develop skills and expand horizons. This is a truly great contribution to professional growth!” shares Diana Dubovyk, a marketer at the EMA company.

General Impressions of the Course:

– Overall, the course left a very positive impression on me. It turned out to be extremely informative and comprehensive: the lecturers literally ‘attacked’ us from different angles with new knowledge and practical case studies, and thanks to this, I was able to form a complete picture of modern communications in the energy sector.

It’s difficult to single out just one topic, as each speaker provided valuable and diverse material. But as a marketer, I most ‘recognized myself’ in the second module, ‘Strategic PR and Marketing,’ as well as in the fourth—’Integrated Communications’.

Content and Usefulness of the Course:

– It was nice to confirm existing knowledge and skills, but the most valuable part for me was gaining new insights. All the information presented by the speakers was fresh, relevant, and very applicable.

For my work, the most useful topics were those on strategic PR, marketing, and integrated communications, which I mentioned earlier.

I am confident that the information I received will help in solving tasks at our company—from improving external communications to creating more understandable and valuable content for our audience.

I also liked that there were enough examples and real case studies. They not only helped to better understand the material but also to see how it works in practice.

Format and Organization:

– The format was superb. Online, convenient, and modern. The duration was optimal—not too long, not too short. Honestly, I recall the 1.5-hour university lectures with horror.

I also want to specifically mention the ability to watch the recordings after the lectures and download the presentations. This was a real lifesaver, as it wasn’t always possible to join online.

The level of interactivity was also absolutely sufficient; it was always possible to ask a question and get an answer.

Lecturers and Material Delivery:

– The delivery of information was as clear as possible. The speakers explained even the most complex topics in simple language, backing them up with examples and case studies. This made the learning process practical and easy to grasp.

I would like to separately mention Renata Iaresko, Kateryna Ivanus, Anton Kovalyshyn, Olena Postelniak, and Maksym Bielawski. The fact that their names came to mind immediately without needing to look at the course program speaks for itself. The topics of their lectures were very close to my daily work, so their presentations were particularly valuable.

Suggestions and Future Courses:

– It would be interesting to delve deeper into the topic of process automation using artificial intelligence. Similar programs already exist, but they are mostly based on examples from more common fields. It would be great to see an educational product that shows exactly how AI tools can help employees in the energy industry optimize their work and daily tasks.
