Energy Club, which unites 90 leading companies in Ukraine’s energy sector, announces the launch of a unique, anonymous industry survey. The study aims to systematically analyze the contribution of professional women to the resilience of Ukraine’s energy sector and to identify the key challenges they face during the full-scale war.
The survey is being conducted ahead of the industry forum “ENERGY OF WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP: WOMEN HOLDING UKRAINE’S ENERGY FRONT,” which will take place on December 10.
“We see the titanic work of women in our companies every day—in finance, law, HR, trading, and engineering. But often, this contribution remains ‘behind the scenes’ of public discussions that focus on physical restoration,” comments Andrii Kostrytsia, President of Energy Club. “We want to move from subjective observations to concrete data. This survey will help us have an honest conversation about real issues, not just slogans.”

The survey focuses on several key areas, corresponding to the panels of the upcoming forum:
“We don’t just want to thank our female colleagues. We want to give them a voice based on real data,” adds Andriy Kostrytsia. “The results of this survey will be the starting point for both panel discussions at our forum.”
The survey is being conducted among the 90 member companies of Energy Club.
The research results will be presented during the “ENERGY OF WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP” Forum on December 10.
