We invite you to participate in a survey regarding the Memorandum on Competitive Ethics in the Consumer Electricity Supply Market.
On February 14, 2024, Energy Club, together with leading companies in the Ukrainian energy sector, signed the Memorandum on Competitive Ethics in the Consumer Electricity Supply Market. This important document has become the foundation for establishing principles of transparency, fair competition, and high ethical standards in our collective activities.
We firmly believe that only honest business is good business, and that is why we strive to increase the level of trust and respect for our industry among all stakeholders. The Memorandum is a collective initiative based on the principles of fair competition, ethical conduct, honesty, respect for intellectual property, and responsibility.
Some time has passed since the signing of the Memorandum, and we, as the Coordinator of the Initiative, are seeking feedback from each Party. Your opinion is extremely valuable to us, as it will help assess the effectiveness of the Memorandum’s principles in practice, identify potential challenges, and determine areas for further improvement.
