Energy Club continues to develop its HR division and is actively engaged in talent acquisition for companies within Ukraine’s energy sector. Following the launch of our specialized recruitment branch, we have received specific requests from market players seeking experts to strengthen their teams, develop new projects, and scale their businesses. Today, energy companies need more than just employees; they require professionals who understand the market, technology, regulation, commercial logic, and the practical specifics of energy project implementation. Therefore, Energy Club invites candidates with experience in energy or related fields to submit their CVs for current openings. Energy Club is currently searching for specialists in several key areas.
We are looking for traders, senior traders, and heads of trading with experience in the electricity market. Candidates should understand bilateral contracts, day-ahead (DAM), intraday (IDM), and balancing markets, as well as imbalances, margins, risk management, and the commercial architecture of the energy market.
There are openings for energy sales managers and account managers skilled in B2B relations, negotiations, developing commercial proposals, and expanding client bases for electricity, natural gas, or related energy services.
A dedicated recruitment stream is focused on engineers and designers for solar energy. We seek experts familiar with solar panel placement, inverter stations, transformer substations, site grading, earthworks, access roads, protection zones, and utility networks, with experience in technical documentation and regulatory frameworks.
We are looking for project managers capable of overseeing the full lifecycle of development projects in renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)—from planning and contractor coordination to budget control, scheduling, risk management, and liaison with permitting authorities.
There is a demand for professionals experienced in the construction and technical support of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) facilities, specifically wind farms, substations, cable and overhead lines, and grid connection (110–330 kV). Key responsibilities include interaction with TSOs/DSOs, contractor oversight, equipment procurement, commissioning, and technical operations.
We are also seeking financial specialists skilled in building financial models for renewable energy projects, evaluating IRR, ROI, and NPV, managing CAPEX/OPEX, and working with budgets, investors, banks, PPAs, revenue forecasting, and management reporting.
We fully understand that the energy market is a tight-knit professional community. Highly qualified experts are often open to new opportunities but prefer not to explore them publicly or risk their current positions. Therefore, Energy Club guarantees complete confidentiality during the pre-selection stage. Your CV will not be shared with any employer without your explicit consent. We first discuss the potential role and terms with the candidate, and only then—with your approval—forward the information to the hiring company.
