The Energy Club community continues to grow: Industria Negotiatione Domus (IND), a Slovak company with experience in European energy markets, has joined the Club. Its team operates across the Central and Southeastern European markets, with further geographic expansion among its development priorities. The company also has practical experience at the intersection of energy trading, regulation, and international operations.
Arsen Aseldierov, CEO of IND, spoke about the company’s strategic plans, the importance of entering new markets, expectations from Energy Club membership, and opportunities for professional networking and knowledge exchange. He also addressed the efficiency of Ukrainian traders operating in foreign markets and the role of cross-border operations in balancing the energy system.
– Mr Aseldierov, please tell us about your company: what does it do and which segment of the energy sector does it operate in?
– Industria Negotiatione Domus translates from Latin as “Energy Trading House”, and the name reflects the company’s core business. As a participant in electricity markets in European countries, including Ukraine, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Serbia, we provide market access in these countries and facilitate cross-border transactions.
– Which projects or solutions implemented recently do you consider the most successful?
– By providing Market Access services, the company continues to strengthen its reputation as a reliable partner in both the private and public sectors.
– What will Industria Negotiatione Domus focus on over the next 1–3 years?
– Scaling up. Entering new markets creates greater opportunities to diversify our trading portfolio and strengthens the company’s competitiveness.
– Why did you decide to join Energy Club? What was the key factor behind this decision?
– Energy Club is Ukraine’s largest energy community, where issues relevant not only to the Ukrainian market but also to markets beyond Ukraine are discussed.
– What practical benefits do you expect to gain from Energy Club membership?
– Networking and exchanging experience in order to adapt quickly and effectively to market trends.
– What challenges or issues in your company’s operations or in the energy sector as a whole do you hope to discuss or address within the Club?
– The activities and performance of Ukrainian traders in the markets of other countries.
– How does Industria Negotiatione Domus plan to participate in the work of Energy Club? Which forms of cooperation are most valuable to you?
–The company’s management has experience in both energy trading and regulatory affairs. With this in mind, the company plans to participate in working groups and other Club activities where our expertise can be valuable.
– What role do you see for business – and for your company in particular – in strengthening the resilience of the energy sector under current conditions?
– This concerns Ukraine’s entire energy export and import activity with neighbouring countries. Such operations help balance the system, while companies, including IND, make these transactions possible for Ukrainian market participants.
Cross-border energy trading remains an important instrument for supporting the stability of Ukraine’s energy system. Expanding opportunities for imports and exports, ensuring the effective operation of traders in European markets, and developing international cooperation create additional opportunities to balance the system and further integrate it into the European energy space.
