Introduction to the issues of energy decentralization in 2026, presentation of the key goals of the Forum.

• Focus: How to properly design a generation facility, choose a technology, and successfully go through all the bureaucratic stages of connection.
• Format: Moderator + 4 speakers (15 minutes per presentation + 30 minutes general Q&A session).

• Designing energy facilities in new realities: Where reliable decentralized generation begins. Features of project development for hybrid systems and cogeneration.

• Distributed generation and renewable energy: Integration of solar (SPP) and wind (WPP) power plants with gas and bioenergy plants to ensure 100% autonomy of enterprises.

• Connection to networks: Obtaining technical specifications (TS), regulatory barriers and interaction with distribution system operators (DSOs). How to accelerate the legalization of new capacities.

• Generation management and microgrids (Micro Grid): How to combine different energy sources (solar, gas, network) into a single, efficiently operating system without the risk of accidents.

• Financing energy projects: Available tools for businesses and communities. Credit lines, equipment leasing, international grants and return on investment in decentralized generation.
