History

LLC “SK ENERGY GROUP” was founded in 2020. It operates on the basis of:

• License for the right to conduct economic activity in the supply of electricity to consumers, issued on the basis of the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities (NKREK) dated October 13, 2020 No. 1905;
• License for the supply of natural gas, issued on the basis of the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities (NKREK) dated June 28, 2022 No. 625.

During the period of conducting economic activity, LLC “SK ENERGY GROUP” was a participant in more than 1,300 public procurements, more than 250 contracts for a total amount of over 1 billion UAH were signed with state institutions.

The company’s competencies in the field of electricity and natural gas cover all sectors: from trading on the domestic wholesale market and supplying electricity to consumers to importing the resource.
