Juscutum is a next-generation law firm specializing in B2B support, innovation, and legal protection of technology businesses. Founded in 2008, the firm has become a recognized market leader, combining legal, security, investment, IT, AI, and accounting practices.
History
Juscutum was founded in 2008 as an attorneys’ association focusing on the B2B sector. From the outset, the company chose a path of innovation, in-depth expertise, and readiness to work with complex challenges. Over time, Juscutum has evolved into a multidisciplinary team with more than 10 practices.
The firm was the first in Ukraine to establish an AI practice, provided legal support for real estate purchases in cryptocurrency, advised the Ministry of Digital Transformation on the Law “On Virtual Assets,” and developed LegalTech products (Legal Alarm, PatentBot, TradeBot).
In 2023–2024, Juscutum entered a new stage — expanding into DefenseTech and Energy, particularly in security, public procurement, crypto-protection, and crisis support projects.
Our clients include technology companies, fintech, agriculture, energy, startups, and international holdings. We are members of the IT Association, Diia.City Union, FinTech Association, and the UN Global Compact.
