Tolk Service Centers Introduce Sign Language Interpretation Service via Online Connection - UTOG Service

The Tolk company continues to implement inclusive services for its consumers. From now on, a sign language interpretation service is available at the Customer Service Centers of the companies within the Tolk Group. Relevant information is displayed on signs and stickers in the Customer Service Centers and company offices.

The service is provided for people with hearing impairments to make customer service comfortable, accessible, and understandable for every consumer.

To use the interpretation service, a consumer simply needs to scan the corresponding QR code, enter their login and password, and then join a video conference with a sign language interpreter. The interpreter, together with a Tolk specialist, will help the client resolve all issues related to their electricity supply.
