On April 12, the Uzhhorod Half Marathon 2025 charity race took place in Uzhhorod, which became the second event in the TRANSCARPATHIAN GRAND RUN 2025 series. The event brought together over 700 participants from Ukraine and abroad to raise funds for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Participants had the opportunity to participate in various distances: a classic half marathon (21.1 km), 10.5 km and 1 km races, a 4×5.25 km team relay, children’s races (100 m and 400 m), as well as an online race.
Over 3.4 million hryvnias were raised during the race. According to the organizers, these funds have already been used to purchase a pickup truck, U2 drones, Kvertus Kraken electronic warfare systems, electronic warfare backpacks, and an AUTEL Evo Max 4T unmanned aerial vehicle system.
The Tolk Group of Companies joined the charitable initiative, presenting the largest and record-breaking team for the entire period of such competitions in the region – 60 participants from Uzhhorod, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Lutsk, and Kovel. Representatives of the Group participated in races of various distances, including 10.5 and 21.1 kilometers.

Uzhhorod Half Marathon 2025 became not only a sports competition, but also a significant social event that united volunteers, organizers, participants and business representatives in the desire to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
