Energy Club, the largest business energy company in Ukraine, having completed the official list before the completion of the obligations of the Director of the Bureau of Economic Security Ukraine Sergiy Perkhuna and Kerivnyka Territorial Administration of BEB in the Kiev Region Vitaly Perunin. As indicated in the list, these problems are associated with pre-trial investigations of criminal cases that were brought to the attention of the legal authorities of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court dated January 24, 24 at reference no. 922/2321/22. In connection with this, Energy Club proposes to look at the possibility of organizing initial methodological visits for doctors of the Bureau of Anti-Corruption Compliance, the specifics of the functioning of the energy market, legislation in the sphere energy and public procurement. Additionally, Energy Club informs the BEB about systematically unpredicted increases in electricity prices, which are multiples of more than 10%, and are based on data for 2020-2024.
Also, the official positions of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the State Audit Service of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Supreme Court were submitted for approval, confirming the legality of changes to agreements of 10% on the date praise for outstanding solutions.
