Energy Club experts have completed their analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” No. 11520. The official package of proposals and comments has already been sent to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, addressed to Member of Parliament Oleksii Movchan.
Work on this document was the result of a joint analysis by the specialists of our community. We focused on ensuring that the provisions of the new law take into account the specifics of the energy sector and facilitate the transparent reconstruction of infrastructure. Our proposals aim to increase legal certainty and ensure the stable operation of the market under martial law.
Energy Club continues to systematically represent the interests of the energy business at the legislative level. We are convinced that taking the voice of the professional community into account will help create an effective procurement mechanism for the entire country.
