Maksym Nemchynov

Maksym Nemchynov has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector. His career includes various positions at the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, where he served as State Secretary, Deputy Minister, and Advisor to the Minister.

As Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Maksym Nemchynov was responsible for the oil and gas sector and the reform of the coal industry. He also served on the Supervisory Board of NPC “Ukrenergo”.

Maksym Nemchynov is a graduate of the Donbas Mining and Metallurgical Institute, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, and Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration.

Since December 2023 — Vice President of Energy Club.
